- I generally chose the size on a whim, but please let me know if you would a smaller size or a bigger size.

PAINTED HALFBODY SKETCH

- Halfbody illustrations with loose/messy and sketchy lineart and painterly rendering
- Halfbody, percentage of character shown may range from being down to the waist, to down to the knees.
- Abstract background OK, no scene backgrounds
- Each extra character is +10 USD

- Coloured sketches where I do my best to create a scene or atmosphere within 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Sometimes I'll spend overtime if I really really like the design, but usually this is not the case, and obviously any extra overtime work done at my discrection will be completely free.
- I prefer to have creative freedom with this but I appreciate some kind of info on what sort of atmsophere. Details will be very rushed the time is spent on overall scene more than perfecting specific parts.

CARTOON STYLE

- A slightly more experimental style where I try new stuff in a more cartoony look than usual. Often includes messing aroudn with colours, shapes, etc.
- "Pay what you want" with a minimum of 5 USD. The more you pay the more effort is put in.

ILLUSTRATION

- High-effort pieces with a full background and usually some heavy lighting
- Price is very dependent on complexity; while the price could range from 50 USD to 100 USD, examples of how pieces would be priced are shown in the captions above.
- Extra characters fully shown are +50% of the commission's base price. Obscured, blurred, simplified, or otherwise 'unclear' extra characters are between 5 to 10 USD extra.
- Rarely opens 'officially', but please inquire directly if interested! If you are unsure how much your idea would cost, please don't hesitate to ask!

TERMS OF SERVICE1. You (the customer/client) have full rights to use the commissioned piece for social media icons, upload the commission online, and otherwise use the commission for personal use. Crediting me is highly appreciated but not necessary.2. You have permission to produce, or seek production, of goods and merchandise featuring the commissioned illustration (i.e keychains, posters, postcards), under the condition that such merchandise is owned by you alone and is not sold or used commercially. I (the artist, kalopseance) will not produce, sell or pay for the production of such merchandise.3. Payment is required when I am ready to start work on your commission, not immediately after your commission order is confirmed. If there are other clients before you in the queue, there is no need to pay until it is your turn. You may cancel your place on the commission queue at any time before you pay.4. When it is your turn on the queue, payment is required upfront and I will begin to work on your commission once it is recieved. If you wish to cancel after your commission has been started, the amount refunded will depend on how much progress has been made on the commissioned piece. If the commission has not progressed further than the sketch phase, a full refund will be offered. If the commission has progressed to the lineart or base colour stage, a 50% refund will be offered. No refund is applicable in the final stages of shading and rendering the illustration.5. You will not recieve a refund if you are simply unsatisfied with the final piece based on style or percieved artistic quality.7. However, if the final piece does not follow your your description and/or requested details have been ommitted, I will adjust and modify the commission for no extra cost regardless of how complex the changes may be. This applies only in cases in which these details and requests have been previously mentioned by you, the client, and have been ommitted in the final commission by my mistake. I will not make large adjustments to the final commission that were not previously mentioned during the work-in-progress phase, although minor adjustments (addition of small and simple clothing details, hue/saturation/contrast adjustments, etc) may be allowed even if they were not previously established.8. Payment is recieved exclusively via Paypal.9. You may make your own edits and modifications to the commissioned piece. You may not trace the commission or claim the work as your own under any circumstance.10. Prices listed on this carrd apply to personal use commissions, and not for commercial use. Please contact me directly for discussing commercial projects.11. I may post the commission for examples and portfolio use. I will upload these with a watermark which reads "only for commissioner's use". You have the right to ask me not to upload the commission. Any previously uploaded public post featuring a piece that you have commissioned from me, you may ask me to delete and I will oblige.12. Any requests for adjustments or changes may be made during the sketch and lineart phases

- Original character art
- Couple/duo art
- Group art
- Gore
- Stylized portrayals of real people
(with written permission of people portrayed)

*I will research any media that I am commissioned to draw fanart of before I accept the commission. I will not draw fanart for any media that glorifies and positively portrays harmful topics and ideas and will reject your commission if I find the media falls into this category.

Will not draw:
- NSFW
- Highly masculine characters
- Feral furries/realistic animals*
- Romantic couple art portraying pedophilic or incestuous relationships
- Celebrities (including YouTubers and internet personalities)
- Realism
- Imitations of other artists styles
- Mecha

*Animals may be allowed as a pet or object to a humanoid character under a +20% extra cost (applies to all commission types) only if they are cartoonish and stylized, akin to a Pokemon
